Massif des Alpilles

The Alpilles massif [alpij] is a low mountain range, characterized by a landscape of white limestone rocks, located in the northwest of the French department of Bouches-du-Rhône. The Opies peak is its highest point at 496 meters. The massif stretches from west to east between Tarascon and Orgon, covering an area of 50,000 hectares. It is shared by sixteen municipalities, although only partially by Tarascon and Saint-Martin-de-Crau, with a population of 46,900. Since July 13, 2006, the local authorities have been associated within the Alpilles Regional Natural Park.

Montagne Sainte-Victoire

Mont Sainte-Victoire, known in Provençal as Mont Venturi (according to the classical norm) or Mount Ventùri (according to the Mistralian norm), is a limestone massif in the South of France, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region.
Located east of Aix-en-Provence, it has gained international renown in part thanks to the 87 paintings by Paul Cézanne that depict it. It attracts many hikers, climbers, and nature lovers, and is a major feature of the Aix landscape.

Massif des Écrins

The Écrins massif is a large mountain range in the French Alps, located in the Hautes-Alpes and Isère departments. It is home to numerous and large glaciers and boasts two peaks over 4,000 meters high. It was formerly also known as the Pelvoux massif.
